Kanban saved a hospital in Indonesia that was barely functioning due to financial loss, regulatory violations, and a roof that had collapsed. Two weeks after starting the Kanban Method they delivered over 20 facility improvements per week vs 3 items per week previously. In 4 months the roof was repaired (vs 12+ months estimate) and in 6 months the hospital was profitable.
